Returns & Refunds

At The Cozy Fable Co., each item is created with care as part of our products are made-to-order or released as limited pre-orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We will, however, make things right if:

• Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You contact use within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund back to your original payment method. 

Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and cannot be canceled. 

Final Sale: Products marked as Final Sale (such as seasonal drops like the Keeper of Calm Sweatshirt or personal-use items like stickers) are not eligible for return or refund. This will always be noted on the product page.
